Health Choice PPO Services
Health Choices's Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) provides access to health care services through the provision of regional networks of physicians, hospitals and other health care professionals. Enrollees accessing the Health Choice PPO network have the freedom to choose any physician or facility, in or out of the Health Choice network, and in any state in which we do business. However, network physicians, hospitals and other health care professionals have agreed to accept discounted rates of reimbursement for treatment. Enrollees who receive medical care within the PPO network usually have lower out-of-pocket costs and receive higher benefit coverage for eligible services.
Health Choice PPO is a flexible program developed to respond to a variety of consumer needs.
Key Attributes:
+ Regional network of physicians, hospitals and other health care professionals
+ Personal choice in physician and hospital selection
+ Flexible benefit administration through arrangements with insurance companies, third party administrators and trust funds
+ Administrative services include claim repricing and medical care management
+ Available on a self-funded or fully insured basis

Health Choice Administrative Services
Health Choice offers three (3) types of claims administration services:
+ *Claim processing
+ *Claim processing for review and accountability
+Utilization review for pre-certification and case management.
*----- Both claim processing services include electronic capabilities for claim and eligibility file exchange with the plan sponsor benefit administrator.
Health Choice also offers clients, enrollees, physicians, hospitals and other health care professionals toll-free customer service and a variety of tailored health care report summaries and analyses.
